Occasionally products come back in stock but it is on a case by case basis and dependant on each merchant paner. If you see an item you like, we suggest you buy it!

All items are veried for authenticity and shipped by PluggXtra’s merchant paners.

Please allow 24 hours to receive an order conrmation on regular releases and 48 hours for special releases. If you have still not received an order conrmation, please contact our support team at support@PluggXtra.com.
Order status and updates will be relayed to the customer as soon as possible.

If tracking info has been provided, please review the order status from the shipping courier.

We are unfounately unable to cancel orders. Please see our section on Returns for information on how to return an item that you do not wish to keep.
Our best eo will be used to combine orders, however, due to volume, we unfounately cannot guarantee that multiple orders will be combined into a single shipment.
If the address for an order is incorrect, please contact support@PluggXtra.com immediately. Unfounately, once an order has been dispatched to the shipping courier, we are unable to change the address and you will need to arrange a new delivery or pickup with the courier.
